GABA
GABA, o ácido gamma-aminobutírico, es un aminoácido de gran alcance que fue descubierto por primera vez en 1883 en Berlín. En realidad, se clasifica como un neurotransmisor, lo que significa que ayuda a los impulsos nerviosos se cruzan las sinapsis (lagunas) y comunicarse mejor. GABA tiene un gran número de efectos positivos sobre el sistema nervioso.
GABA se ha demostrado que ayuda a estimular la producción de hormona de crecimiento humano (HGH). Es HGH que se ha encontrado en estudios para facilitar el metabolismo de las grasas en el cuerpo. HGH también es conocida por sus efectos musculares de la capacidad de gran alcance. El aumento de HGH sin duda puede ser una buena cosa, especialmente para culturistas.
Otros estudios han demostrado que el GABA aumenta ciclo de sueño del cuerpo y que los pacientes informaron sueños mucho más vívidos. Conseguir una buena noche de sueño y la obtención de más descanso puede dar lugar a más energía durante el día. Por no mencionar el aumento de la pérdida de grasa y promover el crecimiento muscular también conduce a un aumento de energía.
